विश्व आर्द्रभूमि (वेटलैंड्स) दिवस : 2 फरवरी
2 फरवरी को विश्व आर्द्रभूमि दिवस (World Wetland Day) मनाया जाता है। इसका उद्देश्य ग्लोबल वार्मिंग का सामना करने में आर्द्रभूमि जैसे दलदल तथा मंग्रोव के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाना है।
वर्ल्ड वेटलैंड्स डे 2021 का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विषय ‘Wetlands and Water’ है। साल 2021 वेटलैंड्स पर कन्वेंशन की 50 वर्षगाठ है।
यह दिन हर साल 2 फरवरी को ईरान के शहर रामसर में केस्पियन सागर के तट पर 2 फरवरी 1971 को वेटलैंड्स के संरक्षण पर हुए कन्वेंशन को चिन्हित करने के लिए मनाया जाता है। विश्व वेटलैंड्स दिवस पहली बार 1997 में मनाया गया था।
वेटलैंड्स: वेटलैंड्स एक ऐसा स्थान है जहां पौधे और पशु प्रजातियों की घनी विविधता पाई जाती है और ये जैव विविधता से भी समृद्ध होता हैं और जो शोधकर्ताओं के अनुमान के अनुसार घटता जा रहा है। ये ऐसे भूमि क्षेत्र हैं जो हमेशा या मौसम में संतृप्त या जलमंगन रहते हैं।

तमिलनाडु ने अहमदाबाद में सरदार पटेल स्टेडियम में फाइनल में बड़ौदा को सात विकेट से हराकर सैय्यद मुश्ताक अली टी-20 ट्रॉफी को अपने नाम किया।
सैय्यद मुश्ताक अली ट्राफी: सैय्यद मुश्ताक अली ट्राफी का आयोजन भारतीय क्रिकेट कण्ट्रोल बोर्ड (BCCI) द्वारा किया जाता है। इस प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन रणजी ट्राफी टीमों के बीच किया जाता है। इस ट्राफी का नाम प्रसिद्ध भारतीय क्रिकेटर सैय्यद मुश्ताक अली के नाम पर रखा गया है।
इस प्रतिस्पर्धा को 2006-07 में लांच किया गया था, इसमें 5 जोन की 27 रणजी टीमों ने हिस्सा लिया था। शुरू में इसका नाम इंटर-स्टेट टी-20 चैंपियनशिप था। गुजरात और बड़ौदा इस प्रतिस्पर्धा को सर्वाधिक 2-2 बार जीत चुके हैं।

RBI ने रद्द किया शिवम सहकारी बैंक का लाइसेंस
RBI के अनुसार, महाराष्ट्र स्थित शिवम सहकारी बैंक का लाइसेंस रद्द कर दिया गया है, क्योंकि बैंक के पास न तो पर्याप्त पूंजी (adequate capital) है और न ही भविष्य में कमाई की संभावना है. सहकारिता आयुक्त और रजिस्ट्रार, सहकारी संस्था, महाराष्ट्र से भी अनुरोध किया गया है कि वे बैंक को बंद करने के लिए एक आदेश जारी करें और बैंक के लिए एक परिसमापक नियुक्त करें. लाइसेंस रद्द करने के साथ DICGC अधिनियम, 1961 के अनुसार जमाकर्ताओं को भुगतान करने की प्रक्रिया में सेट किया जाएगा.
