RBI: FY22 के लिए भारत की जीडीपी वृद्धि दर 10.5 प्रतिशत रहने का अनुमान
भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने 05 फरवरी 2021 को मौद्रिक नीति समिति (एमपीसी) की द्विमासिक बैठक में वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 में जीडीपी ग्रोथ रेट 10.5 प्रतिशत रखने का अनुमान जताया है रेपो रेट चार प्रतिशत पर बरकरार रखा है.
रेपो रेट: रेपो रेट वह दर है, जिस पर आरबीआई बैंकों को लोन देता है. बता दें कि वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 का बजट पेश होने के बाद यह आरबीआई की पहली पॉलिसी है. सेंट्रल बैंक ने पिछले साल फरवरी से अब तक रेपो रेट में 1.15 प्रतिशत की कटौती की है.
रिवर्स रेपो रेट: यह वह दर होती है जिसपर बैंकों को उनकी ओर से आरबीआई में जमा धन पर ब्याज मिलता है. रिवर्स रेपो रेट बाजारों में नकदी की तरलता को नियंत्रित करने में काम आती है. रिवर्स रेपो रेट को भी 3.35 प्रतिशत पर ही रखा गया है.
एमएसएफ: आरबीआई ने पहली बार वित्त वर्ष 2011-12 में सालाना मॉनेटरी पॉलिसी रिव्यू में एमएसएफ का जिक्र किया था. एमएसएफ में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है.
बैंक रेट: बैंक रेट वह दर है जिस पर आरबीआई व्यापारिक बैंको को प्रथम श्रेणी की प्रतिभूतियों पर कर्ज प्रदान करता है. बैंक रेट में भी कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है और यह पहले की तरह ही 4.25 फीसदी है.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in a bi-monthly meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) on 05 February 2021, has projected GDP growth rate of 10.5 percent in FY 2021-22, keeping the repo rate at four percent.

MSF: The RBI first mentioned MSF in the Annual Monetary Policy Review in the financial year 2011-12. There is no change in MSF.
Bank Rate: Bank rate is the rate at which the RBI provides loans to commercial banks on first-class securities. There has also been no change in the bank rate and it is 4.25 percent as before.

- आयोग ने सिफारिश की है कि स्थानीय सरकारों को वर्ष, 2021-26 की अवधि के लिए अनुदान की कुल राशि 4,36,361 करोड़ रुपये है.
- वर्ष, 2021-26 की अवधि में स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र को दी जाने वाली कुल अनुदान सहायता 1,06,606 करोड़ रुपये है, जो 15 वें वित्त आयोग द्वारा अनुशंसित कुल अनुदान सहायता का 10.3 प्रतिशत है. स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र के लिए यह अनुदान बिना शर्त होगा.
- 15 वें वित्त आयोग ने सभी राज्यों को शैक्षिक परिणाम बढ़ाने हेतु प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए वर्ष, 2022-23 से वर्ष, 2025-26 तक 4,800 करोड़ रुपये (प्रत्येक वर्ष 1,200 करोड़ रुपये) का अनुदान प्रदान करने की भी सिफारिश की है. इसने भारत में उच्च शिक्षा के लिए क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में व्यावसायिक कोर्सेज के ऑनलाइन शिक्षण और विकास के लिए 6,143 करोड़ रुपये के अनुदान की भी सिफारिश की है.

The final report of the Fifteenth Finance Commission of India was presented in Parliament on 1 February 2021, with the Union Budget 2021-22, for FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26.

On the recommendation of the Commission, the budget has provided Rs 1,18,452 crore as revenue deficit grant to 17 states in 2021-22, while Rs 74,340 crore was provided to 14 states in 2020-21.
The Commission has recommended that the total amount of grant to local governments for the period 2021-26 is Rs.4,36,361 crore.
The total grant-in-aid to the health sector during the period 2021-26 is Rs 1,06,606 crore, which is 10.3 percent of the total grant-in-aid recommended by the 15th Finance Commission. This grant will be unconditional for the health sector.
The 15th Finance Commission has also recommended a grant of Rs 4,800 crore (Rs 1,200 crore each year) from 2022-23 to the year 2022-23 to encourage all states to increase educational results. अमरीका ने रूस के साथ परमाणु हथियार नियंत्रण संधि-न्यू स्टार्ट पांच साल के लिए बढ़ा दी है। इसकी घोषणा करते हुए अमरीकी विदेश मंत्री एंटनी ब्लिंकन ने कहा कि इस संधि से दुनिया और सुरक्षित हो गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि परमाणु हथिय़ारों की निरंकुश होड़ सब को खतरे में डाल सकती है। इस संधि की अवधि 5 फरवरी को समाप्त होने वाली थी लेकिन पूर्ववर्ती ट्रम्प प्रशासन ने इसे फिर से मंजूरी देने से इनकार कर दिया था। अब यह संधि 5 फरवरी 2026 तक बढ़ा दी गई है।
यह संधि पहली बार 5 फरवरी 2011 में लागू हुई थी जिसके तहत अमरीका और रूस को जमीन पर और पनडुब्बी आधारित प्रक्षेपास्त्रों में एक हजार पांच सौ 50 से अधिक परमाणु हथियार न लगाने की सीमा तय की गयी थी।
