विश्व दलहन दिवस : 10 फरवरी
संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा हर साल 10 फरवरी को विश्व स्तर पर विश्व दलहन दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। यह दिन संयुक्त राष्ट्र के खाद्य और कृषि संगठन (Food and Agriculture Organization) द्वारा वैश्विक भोजन के रूप में दालों (सूखी बीन्स, दाल, सूखी मटर, छोले, लूपिन) के महत्व को चिन्हित करने के लिए शुरू किया गया है।
इस दिन को इस वर्ष साल 2016 की थीम “Nutritious Seeds for a Sustainable Future,” पर मनाए जाने का निर्णय लिया गया, जिस वर्ष को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दलहन के रूप में मनाया गया था। तब से, 2019 से 2021 तक एक ही विषय रहा है।
10 फरवरी, 2019 को प्रथम दाल दिवस के रूप में मनाया गया है। दालों के महत्व को रेखांकित करने के लिए वर्ष 2016 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दालों का वर्ष घोषित किया गया है।
Every year 10 February is celebrated globally by the United Nations as World Pulses Day. The day has been started by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations to mark the importance of pulses (dry beans, lentils, dry peas, chickpeas, lupines) as a global food.
The day was decided to celebrate this year's 2016 theme "Nutritious Seeds for a Sustainable Future," the year that was celebrated as International Pulses. Since then, there has been a single theme from 2019 to 2021.
February 10, 2019 is celebrated as the first pulse day. To highlight the importance of pulses, the year 2016 has been declared as the year of international pulses.
FSSAI ने खाद्य पदार्थों में ट्रांस फैट की सीमा निर्धारित की
भारतीय खाद्य संरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण (FSSAI) ने खाद्य उत्पादों में औद्योगिक ट्रांस फैटी एसिड (TFA) की अनुमेय मात्रा को 2 प्रतिशत तक सीमित कर दिया है. नवीनतम संशोधन 01 जनवरी 2022 से लागू होगा. वर्तमान में, 2021 में खाद्य उत्पादों में ट्रांस फैट की अनुमेय सीमा 3 प्रतिशत है, जो पिछली सीमा से 5 प्रतिशत कम है.
FSSAI ने खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (बिक्री पर निषेध और प्रतिबंध) विनियम, 2011 में संशोधन किया है ताकि नए खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक (बिक्री पर निषेध और प्रतिबंध) विनियम, 2021 को प्रभावी किया जा सके.

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has limited the permissible amount of industrial trans fatty acids (TFA) in food products to 2 percent. The latest amendment will come into force from 01 January 2022. Currently, the permissible limit of trans fat in food products is 3 percent in 2021, which is 5 percent less than the previous limit.
The FSSAI has amended the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Regulations, 2011 to give effect to the new Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Regulations, 2021.

भारत का पहला ‘भूतापीय ऊर्जा संयंत्र लद्दाख में स्थापित किया जाएगा
भारत की पहली भूतापीय विद्युत (geothermal energy) परियोजना पूर्वी लद्दाख के पुगा गाँव में स्थापित की जाएगी।
पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के पहले चरण में, एक मेगावाट (MW) बिजली उत्पादन क्षमता उत्पन्न की जाएगी। पहले चरण की स्थापना और कार्यान्वयन के लिए त्रिपक्षीय समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए है।
भारत की पहली भू-तापीय विद्युत परियोजना, जिसे भू-तापीय क्षेत्र विकास परियोजना (Geothermal Field Development Project) के रूप में जाना जाता है, को 2022 के अंत तक चालू करने की योजना है। त्रिपक्षीय एमओयू पर ONGC ऊर्जा, LAHDC, लेह और लद्दाख के विद्युत विभाग के बीच हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे।

तीसरे चरण में, संयुक्त उद्यमों और वाणिज्यिक परियोजनाओं को बढ़ावा देने की योजना है। पुगा एक ऐसा स्थान है इसमें 100 मेगावाट से अधिक की भू-तापीय ऊर्जा की क्षमता है।
India's first geothermal energy project will be set up in Puga village in eastern Ladakh.
In the first phase of the pilot project, one megawatt (MW) of power generation capacity will be generated. A tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed for the establishment and implementation of the first phase.
India's first geothermal power project, known as Geothermal Field Development Project, is planned to be commissioned by the end of 2022. The tripartite MoU was signed between ONGC Energy, LAHDC, Leh and the Electricity Department of Ladakh.
In the first phase, the pilot project implemented by ONGC-OEC will explore within a depth of 500 meters and it will supply 24-hour free power to 10 neighboring villages which are not connected to the northern grid for power supply.
The second phase is proposed for deep and lateral exploration of geothermal reservoirs by drilling an optimum number of wells and setting up a high-capacity demo plant in Ladakh. The second phase will be the research and development phase of the project.
In the third phase, there are plans to promote joint ventures and commercial projects. Puga is a place that has a geothermal energy capacity of over 100 MW.

President Ram Nath Kovind has inaugurated a museum dedicated to the life of former Army Chief General Kodandera Subaiya Thimmaiah in Karnataka. General Thimmaiah served as Chief of the Army from 1957 to 1961. General Thimmaiah's ancestral house at Madikeri in Kodagu district of Karnataka is called "Sunny Side" and has been converted into a museum.
A museum commemorating the life of former Army Chief General Kodandera Subaiah Thimmaiah is a collection of various types of ancient weapons and war relics.
The museum also acknowledges the contributions of siblings of General Thimmaiah, including two of his brothers, who were army officers, and his wife Nina, who received the 'Kaiser-i-Hind' award for their work in public service Was awarded.
The major attractions of the complex of this war memorial include a battle tank, which was used by the army during the war with Pakistan in 1971.

UAE का मंगल मिशन: HOPE
संयुक्त अरब अमीरात (यूएई) ने मंगल की कक्षा में होप नामक एक प्रोब को भेजा है। इसके साथ ही यह अमेरिका, सोवियत संघ, यूरोप और भारत के बाद अंतरिक्ष यान को मंगल की कक्षा में लॉन्च करने वाला पांचवा देश बन गया है। इस अंतरिक्ष यान को सात महीने पहले पृथ्वी से लांच किया गया था।
यूएई का होप यान लगभग 120,000 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से चक्कर लगा रहा है. मंगल के गुरुत्वाकर्षण बल के पकड़ में आने के लिए यूएई के वैज्ञानिकों ने अंतरिक्षयान के इंजन को लगभग 27 मिनट तक चालू रखा.
एमिरेट्स मार्स मिशन

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has sent a probe called Hope to the orbit of Mars. With this, it has become the fifth country after America, Soviet Union, Europe and India to launch spacecraft into Mars orbit. This spacecraft was launched from Earth seven months ago.
The UAE's Hope vehicle is traveling at a speed of about 120,000 kilometers per hour. To get hold of the gravitational force of Mars, UAE scientists kept the engine of the spacecraft on for about 27 minutes.
Emirates Mars Mission
This is the mission of UAE Space Agency to Mars. In this process, UAE launched Hope Orbiter on 19 July 2020. The orbiter reached Mars on February 9, 2021. It was launched from the Tanegashima Space Center in Japan. This orbiter was launched with the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries H-IIA launch vehicle.
Mission objective: This space mission will study daily and seasonal weather cycles, weather events such as dust storms in the lower atmosphere. It will study how the weather changes in different areas of Mars.

The Indian Army has laid the foundation stone of the highest 'iconic national flag' in the famous ski-resort of Gulmarg in Jammu and Kashmir. The flag will be on a pole 100 feet high, which is the highest tricolor in the valley. In collaboration with Solar Industry India, the Indian Army will establish 'Iconic National Flag' in Gulmarg. This site is expected to become another tourist attraction among the snow-capped mountains of Kashmir.
