दुर्लभ रोग दिवस हर साल फरवरी के अंतिम दिन मनाया जाता है. इस वर्ष 2021 में यह 28 फरवरी, 2021 को मनाया गया है. यह दिन दुर्लभ बीमारियों के लिए जागरूकता बढ़ाने और दुर्लभ बीमारियों से ग्रस्त व्यक्तियों और उनके परिवारों के लिए उपचार और चिकित्सा प्रतिनिधित्व तक पहुंच में सुधार करने के लिए मनाया जाता है. दुर्लभ रोग दिवस को पहली बार यूरोपीय आर्गेनाईजेशन फॉर रेयर डिसीज (EURORDIS) और इसकी काउंसिल ऑफ नेशनल अलायन्स द्वारा 2008 में लॉन्च किया गया था.

Rare disease day is observed every year on the last day of February. In this year 2021, it has been celebrated on 28 February 2021. The day is celebrated to raise awareness for rare diseases and to improve access to treatment and medical representation for individuals and their families suffering from rare diseases. Rare Disease Day was first launched in 2008 by the European Organization for Rare Diseases (EURORDIS) and its Council of National Alliances.

In India, 27 February is celebrated as National Protein Day to create awareness about protein deficiency and to encourage people to include this macronutrient in their diet. The day was started on 27 February 2020 by the national level public health initiative 'Right to Protein'. This year the theme of National Protein Day is "Powering with Plant Protein".
दिल्ली सरकार की नई स्कीम, ‘मुख्यमंत्री घर-घर राशन योजना’
गरीबों और जरूरतमंदों को राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम 2013 के तहत उनके दरवाजे तक राशन पहुंचाने की डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना ‘मुख्यमंत्री घर-घर राशन योजना’ को अधिसूचित कर दिया गया है.
इस योजना के तहत, गेहूं के बदले आटा एवं चावल का पैकेट मिलेगा. चावल और चीनी के पैकेट पर इसके तैयार होने की तिथि व एक्सपायरी तिथि भी दी जाएगी. सभी प्रकार के सामान गोदाम से लेने, पैकेजिंग और गरीबों के घर तक पहुंचाने की प्रक्रिया सीसीटीवी, जीपीएस व बायोमीट्रिक सिस्टम के तहत पूरी की जाएगी. दिल्ली के लोगों को यह विकल्प दिया जाएगा कि जो दुकान पर जाकर राशन लेना चाहेगा वह दुकान पर जाकर ले सकता है और अगर होम डिलीवरी चाहते हैं तो दूसरे विकल्प को चुनना होगा. राशन की डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी के लिए दिल्ली सरकार अतिरिक्त चार्ज लेगी. हालांकि, शुल्क अभी तय नहीं किए गए हैं.
The door step delivery scheme 'Mukhyamantri Ghar-Ghar Ration Yojana' has been notified to provide ration to the poor and needy to their doorstep under the National Food Security Act 2013.
Under this scheme, a packet of flour and rice will be received instead of wheat. On rice and sugar packets, its preparation date and expiry date will also be given. The process of taking all types of goods from the warehouse, packaging and transporting it to the homes of the poor will be completed under CCTV, GPS and biometric systems. The people of Delhi will be given the option that whoever wants to go to the shop and get ration can go to the shop and if they want home delivery, then the other option has to be chosen. Delhi government will charge extra for door step delivery of ration. However, the charges have not yet been decided.
सरस आजीविका मेला, 2021
हाल ही में केंद्रीय ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने नोएडा हाट में सरस आजीविका मेला, 2021 का उद्घाटन किया। यह सामान्य रूप से ग्रामीण भारत और विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण महिलाओं के जीवन में परिवर्तन लाने हेतु एक कार्यक्रम है।
इस मेले के दौरान ग्रामीण स्वयं सहायता समूहों और शिल्पकारों को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिये उत्पाद पैकेजिंग तथा डिज़ाइन, संचार कौशल, सोशल मीडिया प्रचार एवं बिज़नेस टू बिज़नेस मार्केटिंग पर कार्यशालाएँ आयोजित की जाएंगी।
Recently, Union Rural Development Minister Narendra Singh Tomar inaugurated Saras Livelihood Fair, 2021 at Noida Haat. It is a program to bring changes in the lives of rural India in general and rural women in particular.
Workshops on product packaging and design, communication skills, social media promotion and business to business marketing will be organized during this fair to train rural self-help groups and artisans.
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने डॉ. सूर्यबाला को भारत भारती सम्मान देने की घोषणा
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने ‘मेरे संधि पत्र’ से लेकर ‘कौन देस को वासी, वेणु की डायरी’ लिखने वाली मुंबई की वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार डॉ. सूर्यबाला को भारत भारती सम्मान देने की घोषणा की है. भारत भारती उत्तर प्रदेश हिन्दी संस्थान का सबसे बड़ा साहित्यिक पुरस्कार है.
यह पुरस्कार उत्तर प्रदेश हिंदी संस्थान, लखनऊ के माध्यम से साहित्य के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए दिया जाता है. पुरस्कार में भारत-भारती सम्मान के रूप में स्मृति चिह्न, अंग वस्त्रम तथा पाँच लाख दो हजार रुपये की धनराशि प्रदान की जाती है.
The Uttar Pradesh government has announced the Bharat Bharti Award to Dr Suryabala, a Mumbai-based senior writer, who wrote 'Kaun des ko vasi, venu diary' from 'my treaty letter' Bharat Bharti is the biggest literary award of the Uttar Pradesh Hindi Institute.
This award is given through Uttar Pradesh Hindi Institute, Lucknow for outstanding contribution in the field of literature. The award carries a memento, Ang Vastram and an amount of five lakh two thousand rupees as Bharat-Bharati Award.
“सुगम्य भारत एप्प” लॉन्च किया जाएगा
केंद्रीय सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्री श्री थावरचंद गहलोत 2 मार्च, 2021 को “सुगम्य भारत एप्प” को वर्चुअल मोड में लॉन्च करेंगे। वे “Access – The Photo Digest” नामक एक पुस्तिका भी लॉन्च करेंगे। सुगम्य एप्प और हैंडबुक को सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय के तहत दिव्यांग व्यक्ति अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा विकसित किया गया है।
सुगम्य भारत एप्प: यह एक क्राउडसोर्सिंग मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन है, जिसे भारत में एक्सेसिबल इंडिया अभियान के 3 स्तंभों- परिवहन क्षेत्र, निर्मित पर्यावरण और आईसीटी पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र के भीतर पहुंच को बढ़ाने और संवेदनशील बनाने के साधन के रूप में विकसित किया गया है।
Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Shri Thawarchand Gehlot will launch "Sugamya Bharat App" in virtual mode on March 2, 2021. They will also launch a booklet titled "Access – The Photo Digest". The accessible app and handbook has been developed by the Department of Persons with Disabilities under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

ओडिशा करेगा इंडियन विमेंस लीग फुटबॉल की मेजबानी

1 मार्च से शुरू हुआ COVID-19 टीकाकरण का दूसरा चरण
1 मार्च, 2021 से COVID-19 टीकाकरण का दूसरा चरण शुरू हो गया है। पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने टीका लगवाया.
कोविड-19 टीकाकरण के दूसरे चरण के तहत, 60 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लोगों को टीका लगाया जाएगा।
इसके अलावा, दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, 45 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लोगों और रोगों से पीड़ित लोगो का टीकाकरण भी किया जाएगा।
टीकाकरण अभियान सभी 10,000 सरकारी अस्पतालों में मुफ्त चलेगा। लेकिन लाभार्थी को 20,000 निजी टीकाकरण केंद्रों पर अपना टीकाकरण कराने के लिए भुगतान करना होगा। स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा अभी तक टीकों का शुल्क तय नहीं किया गया है।
कोविड-19 टीकाकरण अभियान का पहला चरण 16 जनवरी, 2021 को शुरू किया गया था। यह अभियान पूरे देश में 3006 टीकाकरण केंद्रों पर शुरू किया गया था। पहले चरण में केवल स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों और फ्रंटलाइन श्रमिकों का टीकाकरण शुरू किया गया था। चरण 1 के तहत, लगभग 1,26,71,163 लोगों को अब तक टीका की पहली खुराक दी गयी है। उनमें से, लगभग 14 लाख लोगों ने दूसरी खुराक भी प्राप्त की है। टीकाकरण अभियान में 50 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लोगों को भी शामिल किया गया है।
The second phase of COVID-19 vaccination has started from March 1, 2021.
Under the second phase of Kovid-19 vaccination, people over 60 years of age will be vaccinated.

The vaccination campaign will run free in all 10,000 government hospitals. But the beneficiary will have to pay to get their vaccinations done at 20,000 private immunization centers. The vaccine fee has not yet been decided by the Ministry of Health.
The first phase of the Kovid-19 vaccination campaign was started on January 16, 2021. The campaign was launched at 3006 vaccination centers across the country. In the first phase only vaccination of health workers and frontline workers was introduced. Under Phase I, approximately 1,26,71,163 people have been given the first dose of the vaccine so far. Of them, about 1.4 million people have received the second dose as well. People over 50 years of age have also been included in the vaccination campaign.

राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी कार्यालय द्वारा जारी किए गए दूसरे एडवांस अनुमानों के अनुसार वर्ष 2020-21 में भारत की जीडीपी विकास दर 8 प्रतिशत नेगेटिव रहने की संभावना है। यह अनुमान 2019-20 में 4.9 फीसदी था। इससे पहले NSO ने अपने पहले अग्रिम अनुमान में जीडीपी दर 7.7 प्रतिशत नेगेटिव रहने का अनुमान लगाया था।
According to the second advance estimates released by the National Statistical Office, India's GDP growth is expected to be 8 percent negative in the year 2020-21. This estimate was 4.9 per cent in 2019-20. The NSO had earlier estimated the GDP rate to be 7.7 percent negative in its first advance estimate.
आर. विजय कुमार ने क्रिकेट के सभी फोर्मेट्स से किया संन्यास का ऐलान
हाल ही में भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के तेज गेंदबाज आर विनय कुमार ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय और फर्स्ट क्लास क्रिकेट से संन्यास ले लिया है. विनय कुमार भारत की तरफ से एक टेस्ट, 31 वनडे और 9 टी-20 मैच खेल चुके हैं. वे भारतीय टीम के लिए आखिरी बार नवंबर 2013 में मैदान पर उतरे थे. उन्होंने 31 वनडे मैचों में 37.44 की औसत से 38 विकेट लिये. वहीं, 9 टी-20 में उन्होंने 24.70 की औसत से 10 विकेट लिए. ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ खेले इकलौते टेस्ट मैच में उन्होंने 1 विकेट अपने नाम किया था.
Recently, Indian cricket team's fast bowler R Vinay Kumar has retired from international and first class cricket. Vinay Kumar has played one Test, 31 ODIs and 9 T20 matches for India. He last landed in November 2013 for the Indian team. He took 38 wickets in 31 ODIs at an average of 37.44. At the same time, in 9 T20s, he took 10 wickets at an average of 24.70. In the only Test match played against Australia, he took 1 wicket in his name.

भारत की वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण 26 फरवरी, 2021 को G20 सेंट्रल बैंक गवर्नर्स की बैठक में शामिल हुईं। जिसका आयोजन इतालवी प्रेसीडेंसी के तहत किया गया था. बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य वैश्विक आर्थिक दृष्टिकोण, वित्तीय क्षेत्र के मुद्दों, वित्तीय समावेशन और सतत वित्त सहित एजेंडे पर अन्य मुद्दों के साथ परिवर्तनकारी और न्यायसंगत वसूली के लिए नीतिगत कार्यों पर चर्चा करना था. यह बैठक आगामी 2021, G20 शिखर सम्मेलन के लिए अनुवर्तन है, जो ग्रुप ऑफ़ ट्वेंटी की सोलहवीं बैठक है, जो 30-31 अक्टूबर 2021 को रोम, इटली में होने वाली है.

India's Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman attended the G20 Central Bank Governors meeting on February 26, 2021. Which was organized under the Italian Presidency. The main objective of the meeting was to discuss policy actions for transformative and equitable recovery, among other issues on the agenda including global economic outlook, financial sector issues, financial inclusion and sustainable finance. The meeting is a follow-up to the upcoming 2021, G20 summit, the sixteenth meeting of the Group of Twenty, to be held in Rome, Italy on 30–31 October 2021.
G20: It is an international forum for Governments of 19 countries and European Union (EU) and central bank governors. The group was established in the year 1999. It was established with the aim of discussing policy regarding promoting international financial stability. The European Union is represented in this group by the European Commission and the European Central Bank.
