Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has been granted a Golden Visa to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Sanjay Dutt has become the first Bollywood actor to get this visa.
The government of the UAE implemented a new visa system in 2019, under which foreign nationals are granted long-term visas to live, work and study in the UAE.
Golden Visa is granted for a period of 05 or 10 years.

Tata Digital buys 64% stake in Big Basket

Tata Digital, a digital conglomerate of the Tata group, has bought a 64% stake in Big Basket, an on-line grocery company.
Under this, Tata Digital has also bought the stake of the giant Chinese online company Alibaba Group in BigBasket.

Mount Nyiragongo erupted in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
This volcano was last erupted in 2002.
This volcano is located inside the Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
India has two volcanoes:
The first Baron Volcano, which is located in the Baron Island Andaman and Nicobar Deep Group, to the east of Middle Andaman.
It is an active or awake volcano.
The second Narakondam volcano is east of Andaman and Nicobar Deep group north of Andaman.
This is a dormant volcano.
In 2020, the Puhahonu Volcano in Hawaii was declared the world’s hottest and largest volcano.
Earlier, Mauna Loa, located near it, was considered the largest volcano.

Tata Steel Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director TV Narendran has been elected as the new chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
He took over from Uday Kotak, Managing Director and CEO, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
Apart from this, Sanjeev Bajaj, Chairman and Managing Director of Bajaj Finserv Limited, has been appointed as the Nominee Chairman of CII for 2021.
While Pawan Munjal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Hero MotoCorp Ltd will be the Vice Chairman of CII.

RBI imposes fine of Rs 10 crore on HDFC Bank

The Reserve Bank of India has imposed a fine of Rs 10 crore on the country’s largest private bank HDFC Bank.
The central bank found several irregularities in the car/auto loan portfolio of HDFC Bank.
The Reserve Bank in its investigation found the matter to be a violation of Section 8 and Section 6 (2) of the Banking Regulation Act-1949.
