‘मनोहर पार्रिकर-ऑफ द रिकॉर्ड’ पुस्तक का विमोचन
गोवा के मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंत ने शहर में इंस्टीट्यूट मेनेजेज ब्रगांजा हॉल में आयोजित समारोह में ‘मनोहर पार्रिकर-ऑफ द रिकॉर्ड’ पुस्तक का विमोचन किया. इस पुस्तक को वरिष्ठ पत्रकार वामन सुभा प्रभु ने लिखा है.
यह पुस्तक 'मनोहर पर्रिकर- ऑफ द रिकॉर्ड' श्री प्रभु की यादों का एक संग्रह है जो उन्होंने गोवा के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री पार्रिकर की जीवन यात्रा के दौरान संग्रहीत किया.

ग्लोबल फायरपावर ने दुनिया की ताकतवर सेनाओं की सूची जारी कर दी है. इस सूची में 133 देशों को शामिल किया गया था जिसमें भारत चौथे स्थान पर है. ग्लोबल फायरपावर इंडेक्स में देशों को उनकी संभावित सैन्य ताकत के आधार पर रैंक किया जाता है.
ग्लोबल फायरपावर की सूची में अमेरिका की सेना को दुनिया की सबसे ताकतवर सेना बताया गया है जबकि रूस को दूसरे स्थान पर और चीन को तीसरे स्थान पर रखा गया है. वहीं, पड़ोसी देश पाकिस्तान को इस सूची में 10वें स्थान पर रखा गया है.
ग्लोबल फायर पावर किसी देश की सैन्य ताकत के विभिन्न पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखकर इस सूची को तैयार करता है. इसमें रक्षा बजट, आधुनिक हथियारों और सैनिकों की तादाम समेत कई फैक्टरों के आधार पर रैंकिंग तय की जाती है.
इस बार पाकिस्तान की सेना ने 0.2083 का स्कोर हासिल किया है. वहीं, भारत का स्कोर 0.1214 है. पहले स्थान पर काबिज अमेरिकी सेना का इंडेक्स 0.0721 है. सबसे अच्छी रैंकिंग के लिए स्कोर 0.000 होना चाहिए. जिस देश का स्कोर इसके जितने करीब होगा, उसकी रैंकिंग उतनी ही अच्छी होगी.

”हावड़ा-कालका मेल का नाम “नेताजी एक्सप्रेस” रखा गया
भारतीय रेलवे की सबसे पुरानी ट्रेनों में से एक, हावड़ा-कालका मेल का नाम बदलकर 'नेताजी एक्सप्रेस' कर दिया गया है. भारतीय रेलवे ने 23 जनवरी को नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस की जयंती से कुछ दिन पहले ट्रेन का नाम बदल दिया है.
हावड़ा-कालका मेल 19 वीं शताब्दी में भारत में शुरुआती व्यवसायिक यात्री ट्रेन सेवाओं में से एक के रूप में शुरू किया गया था.
कालका मेल हमेशा हावड़ा को कालका से जोड़ने के लिए लोकप्रिय रहा है और स्थिर संरक्षण का आनंद लिया है.
ऐसा माना जाता है कि वर्ष 1941 में कोलकाता में अपने घर से भागने के बाद नेताजी ने बिहार के गोमो से यह ट्रेन ली थी.
One of the oldest trains of Indian Railways, Howrah-Kalka Mail has been renamed as 'Netaji Express'. Indian Railways has changed the name of the train a few days before the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on 23 January.
The Howrah-Kalka Mail was started in the 19th century as one of the earliest commercial passenger train services in India.
Kalka Mail has always been popular for connecting Howrah to Kalka and has enjoyed steady patronage.
It is believed that Netaji took this train from Gomo in Bihar after escaping from his home in Kolkata in the year 1941.
राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा पुरस्कार-2021
राजस्थान के भीलवाड़ा के जिला परिवहन अधिकारी वीरेंद्र सिंह राठौड़ को राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा पुरस्कार- 2021 से सम्मानित किया गया है. पूरे देश में पंजाब, राजस्थान और महाराष्ट्र को गोल्ड मेडल पुरस्कारों से नवाजा गया है. इनमें राजस्थान के डॉ. वीरेन्द्र सिंह राठौड़ को गोल्ड मेडल से सम्मानित किया गया है. उन्हें 5 लाख रुपये नकद एवं गोल्ड मेडल से प्रदान किया गया है.
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में आयोजित समारोह में रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, केन्द्रीय सड़क एवं परिवहन राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी, केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री रिटायर्ड जनरल वीके सिंह, एनएचआईए के चेयरमेन और नीति आयोग के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारीअभिताभ कांत ने उनको राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया.
डॉ. राठौड़ अजमेर जिले की मसूदा इलाके के सिंगावल गांव के रहने वाले हैं. डॉ. राठौड़ सड़क सुरक्षा पर पिछले 20 वर्षों से समर्पण भाव से कार्य करने में जुटे हैं. वे सड़क सुरक्षा कानून विषय पर पीएचडी करने वाले देश के पहले व्यक्ति हैं. वे तीन साल तक भारत सरकार में सड़क सुरक्षा एवं प्रवर्तन के तकनीकी सलाहकार रह चुके हैं.

Dr. Rathore hails from Singaval village in Masuda area of Ajmer district. Dr. Rathore has been working on road safety with dedication for the last 20 years. He is the first person in the country to do PhD on road safety law. He has been the Technical Advisor of Road Safety and Enforcement in the Government of India for three years.
सीएम योगी ने किया स्ट्रॉबेरी महोत्सव का शुभारम्भ
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने रविवार को झांसी में हो रहे स्ट्रॉबेरी महोत्सव का वर्चुअल शुभारंभ किया। यह महोत्सव 16 फरवरी तक एक माह चलेगा।

अरुणाचल के पूर्व राज्यपाल माता प्रसाद का निधन
अरुणाचल प्रदेश के पूर्व राज्यपाल माता प्रसाद (Mata Prasad) का 95 वर्ष की आयु में निधन हो गया है. उन्होंने 1988- 89 में उत्तर प्रदेश में कांग्रेस सरकार में मंत्री के रूप में कार्य किया और 1993 में अरुणाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल के रूप में नियुक्त हुए.
Former Governor of Arunachal Pradesh Mata Prasad has died at the age of 95. He served as a minister in the Congress government in Uttar Pradesh in 1988-89 and was appointed as the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh in 1993.
मुख्यमंत्री प्रशिक्षु प्रोत्साहन योजना: Up
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने युवाओं को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री प्रशिक्षु प्रोत्साहन योजना 2020-21 शुरू की है। यूपी सरकार ने इस योजना का प्रदेश के सभी युवाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए शुरू किया है, ताकि युवा बगैर आर्थिक तंगी के अपनी काबिलियत के दम पर अच्छी नौकरी पा सकें।
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की तरफ से शुरू की गई सीएमएपीएस के तहत प्रदेश के सभी पात्र युवाओं को प्रतिमाह 2500 रुपए की वित्तीय सहायता दी जाती है। साथ ही युवाओं को हुनर के मुताबिक प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जाता है। यूपी सरकार की इस योजना को UP Free Skill Tranning Scheme के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। इस योजना के तहत युवाओं को ट्रेनिंग देकर इस काबिल बनाया जाता है कि वह अपनी प्रतिभा के बूते एक अच्छी नौकरी हासिल कर सकें। इस तरह जहां युवाओं को निशुल्क प्रशिक्षण के साथ हर महीने ढाई हजार रुपए भी मिलते हैं।
The Uttar Pradesh government has launched the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Trainee Incentive Scheme 2020-21 to encourage the youth. Under the CMAPS, launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, financial assistance of Rs 2500 per month is provided to all eligible youth of the state. Under this scheme, the youth are trained and made capable so that they can get a good job due to their talent. In this way, where the youth get two and a half thousand rupees every month with free training.
किरण रिजीजू को मिला आयुष मंत्रालय का अतिरिक्त प्रभार

नीदरलैंड के प्रधानमंत्री मार्क रुटे और उनकी पूरी कैबिनेट ने बाल कल्याण भुगतानों की जांच से जुड़े से एक घोटाले की राजनीतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए इस्तीफा दे दिया। जांच में पता चला है कि इस घोटाले में अभिभावकों पर गलत रूप से धोखाधड़ी का आरोप लगाया गया। रुटे की सरकार 17 मार्च 2021 को नीदरलैंड में चुनाव के बाद नई सरकार के गठन होने तककार्यवाहक भूमिका में कार्यभार संभालेगी।

LIC के प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में किया सिद्धार्थ मोहंती को नियुक्त
मंत्रिमंडल की नियुक्ति समिति ने 1 फरवरी से सिद्धार्थ मोहंती को भारत के सबसे बड़े बीमा कंपनी जीवन बीमा निगम (LIC) का प्रबंध निदेशक नियुक्त किया है. वह वर्तमान में LIC हाउसिंग फाइनेंस लिमिटेड के सीईओ हैं. वह 30 जून, 2023 को अपनी सेवानिवृत्ति तक LIC के एमडी के रूप में काम करेंगे. वह टीसी सुशील कुमार की जगह लेंगे, जो 31 जनवरी 2021 में सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले हैं.

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet appointed Siddharth Mohanty as the Managing Director of India's largest insurance company Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) from 1 February. He is currently the CEO of LIC Housing Finance Limited. He will serve as MD of LIC till his retirement on 30 June 2023. He will replace TC Sushil Kumar, who is scheduled to retire on 31 January 2021.
LIC has four MDs and one Chairman. Currently, MR Kumar is serving as the chairman of the corporation and TC Sushil Kumar, Vipin Anand, Mukesh Kumar Gupta and Raj Kumar as MDs of LIC.
