हर साल 27 फरवरी को विश्व स्तर पर विश्व NGO दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। विश्व एनजीओ दिवस का उद्देश्य लोगों को NGO (चैरिटी, एनपीओ, सीएसओ) के अन्दर और अधिक सक्रिय रूप से शामिल होने के लिए प्रेरित करना है और एनजीओ और सार्वजनिक और निजी क्षेत्र दोनों के बीच अधिक से अधिक सहजीवन को प्रोत्साहित करना है।
कुल 12 सदस्य देशों ने मिलकर (बेलारूस, डेनमार्क, एस्टोनिया, फिनलैंड, जर्मनी, आइसलैंड, लातविया, लिथुआनिया, पोलैंड, रूस, नॉर्वे और स्वीडन) इस दिवस को आधिकारिक तौर पर मान्यता दी गई और घोषित किया गया। इस दिन को पहली बार 2014 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र, यूरोपीय संघ के नेताओं और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगठनों द्वारा मनाया गया था।
Every year 27 February is celebrated globally as World NGO Day. The aim of World NGO Day is to motivate people to become more actively involved within NGOs (Charities, NPOs, CSOs) and to encourage greater synergies between NGOs and both the public and private sector.
A total of 12 member countries (Belarus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Norway and Sweden) were officially recognized and announced on the day. The day was first celebrated in 2014 by the United Nations, EU leaders and international organizations.

खेलो इंडिया विंटर गेम्स का दूसरा संस्करण जम्मू-कश्मीर में शुरू हुआ
खेलो इंडिया विंटर गेम्स का दूसरा संस्करण 26 फरवरी, 2021 को जम्मू-कश्मीर के गुलमर्ग में शुरू हुआ। यह पांच दिवसीय आयोजन है इसका उद्घाटन वर्चुअली प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा किया गया। जम्मू-कश्मीर के बारामूला जिले में विश्व प्रसिद्ध स्की-रिसॉर्ट गुलमर्ग में खेलो इंडिया-विंटर गेम्स का दूसरा संस्करण आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

The second edition of the Khelo India Winter Games began on 26 February 2021 in Gulmarg, Jammu and Kashmir. It is a five-day event inaugurated by virtual Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The second edition of the Khelo India-Winter Games is being organized at the world famous ski-resort Gulmarg in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir.
These games have been organized by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council and the Winter Sports Association of Jammu and Kashmir. Dushyant Chautala has been re-elected the President of the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) for a period of four years. He was unanimously elected during the 84th annual meeting of TTFI held on 24 February 2021. He is also currently the Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana. 32-year-old Dushyant Chautala was elected the President of TTFI for the first time in January 2017, making him the youngest President in the history of TTFI.

पीएम मोदी ने राष्ट्रीय खिलौना मेले (National Toy Fair) का उद्घाटन किया
पीएम मोदी ने राष्ट्रीय खिलौना मेला का 27 फरवरी को उद्घाटन किया, यह 2 मार्च को समाप्त होगा। यह आभासी प्रारूप में आयोजित किया जाएगा। आयोजन के दौरान, IIT गांधीनगर में स्थित सेंटर फॉर क्रिएटिव लर्निंग (CCL) मेले में अपनी 75 खिलौना कृतियों का प्रदर्शन करेगा।
IIT गांधीनगर देश का एकमात्र IIT है जो रचनात्मक सीखने के लिए इस केंद्र को चला रहा है।
इस मेले का आयोजन कपड़ा मंत्रालय द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
शिक्षा और वाणिज्य मंत्रालय और उद्योग मंत्रालय भी मेले के आयोजन से जुड़े हैं।

PM Modi inaugurated the National Toy Fair on 27 February, it will conclude on 2 March. It will be conducted in virtual format. During the event, IIT will showcase 75 of its toy creations at the Center for Creative Learning (CCL) fair located in Gandhinagar.
IIT Gandhinagar is the only IIT in the country running this center for creative learning.
This fair is being organized by the Ministry of Textiles.
The Ministry of Education and Commerce and the Ministry of Industry are also involved in organizing the fair.
This virtual toy fair will be organized with the aim of providing an enjoyable education for children.
It will engage children in teaching, learning and promoting indigenous toy industry.
The following toys will be displayed by CCL:
1. A robot built using a DC motor.
2. Hydraulic JCB controlled by syringes.
3. Periscope to look beyond the wall.
4. Explanation of trigonometry through sine wave car.
5. Easy learning of geometry through lamps.
पंजाब मंत्रिमंडल ने सभी गाँवों में मिशन ‘लाल लकीर’ को मंजूरी दी
पंजाब मंत्रिमंडल ने राज्य भर के सभी गांवों में सरकारी विभागों, संस्थानों और बैंकों द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए संपत्ति के अधिकार और लाभ उठाने के लिए ग्रामीणों को सुविधा प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से मिशन 'लाल लकीर’ के कार्यान्वयन को मंजूरी दे दी है. चूंकि 'लाल लकीर' में ऐसी संपत्तियों के लिए अधिकारों का कोई भी रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध नहीं है, इसलिए वर्तमान में संपत्ति के वास्तविक मूल्य के अनुसार विमुद्रीकरण नहीं किया जा सकता है और ऐसी संपत्तियों पर कोई बंधक नहीं बनाया जा सकता है.
राज्य के गांवों में 'लाल लकीर’ में संपत्तियों के रिकॉर्ड का अधिकार SVAMITVA (ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सुधार प्रौद्योगिकी के साथ गांवों और मानचित्रण का सर्वेक्षण-Survey of Villages and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas) योजना के तहत भारत सरकार के सहयोग से तैयार किया जाएगा.
इससे 'लाल लकीर' में आने वाले भूमि, घर, बस्ती और अन्य सभी क्षेत्रों का मानचित्रण करने में सक्षम होगी. यह ग्रामीणों के जीवन स्तर में सुधार और उनके आत्मसम्मान को बढ़ाने के लिए एक लंबा रास्ता तय करेगा.
सरकार के कथन के अनुसार, 'लाल लकीर' के भीतर ऐसे घर होते हैं, जिनके पास 'लाल लकीर' के क्षेत्रों के अलावा कोई संपत्ति नहीं होती है, और संपत्ति के वास्तविक मूल्य का मुद्रीकरण में इस तरह से नुकसान होता है.
‘लाल लकीर’ का तात्पर्य उस भूमि से है जो गाँव ‘आबादी’ (बस्ती) का हिस्सा है और इसका उपयोग केवल गैर-कृषि उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाता है.
The Punjab Cabinet has approved the implementation of the mission 'Lal Laikar' in all villages across the state with the aim of facilitating the villagers to get the rights and benefits of property provided by government departments, institutions and banks. Since no record of rights for such properties is available in the 'Red Line', at present, demonetisation cannot be done as per the actual value of the property and no mortgage can be made on such properties.
Rights of record of properties in 'Lal Lakir' in the villages of the state prepared in collaboration with Government of India under SVAMITVA (Survey of Villages and Mapping with Improvement Technology in Rural Areas – Survey of Villages and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas) Scheme Will be done.
This will enable the mapping of land, house, habitation and all other areas falling in the 'Red Line'. This will go a long way to improve the standard of living of the villagers and increase their self-esteem.
According to the government's statement, there are houses within the 'red streak' which do not have any property other than 'red streak' areas, and the real value of the property has a disadvantage in monetization in this way.
The 'red streak' refers to the land that is part of the village 'population' (habitation) and is used only for non-agricultural purposes.
