अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानव बंधुत्व दिवस 4 फरवरी को विश्व स्तर पर मनाया जाता है। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानव बंधुत्व दिवस का उद्देश्य विभिन्न संस्कृतियों और धर्मों, या मान्यताओं और सहिष्णुता को बढ़ावा देने के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के महत्व को रेखांकित करना है।
इसका उद्देश्य लोगों को शिक्षित करना भी है कि सहिष्णुता, बहुलवादी परंपरा, आपसी सम्मान तथा धर्मों और विश्वासों की विविधता मानव बंधुत्व को बढ़ावा देती है।
इस वर्ष का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानव बंधुत्व दिवस 2021 का विषय: A Pathway to the Future.
International Human Fraternity Day is celebrated globally on 4 February. The purpose of International Human Fraternity Day is to underline the importance of raising awareness about different cultures and religions, or promoting beliefs and tolerance.
It also aims to educate the people that tolerance, pluralistic tradition, mutual respect and diversity of religions and beliefs promotes human fraternity.
The theme of this year's International Human Fraternity Day 2021: A Pathway to the Future.
50वें केरल राज्य फिल्म पुरस्कार
मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन ने एक समारोह में 50वें केरल राज्य फिल्म पुरस्कार 2019 और जे सी डैनियल पुरस्कार प्रदान किए हैं. पिनाराई विजयन ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फिल्म महोत्सव केरल (IFFK) के संबंध में प्रकाशित डाक टिकट जारी किया.
अनुभवी फिल्म निर्माता हरिहरन, जिन्हें जे सी डैनियल पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया था, एक कलाकार हैं जिन्होंने लगभग आधी शताब्दी तक सिनेमा में काम किया और ऐसी फिल्में बनाईं जो मलयालम सिनेमा जगत के इतिहास में मील का पत्थर साबित हुईं. फिल्म पुरस्कार भी वितरित किए गए. संस्कृति मंत्री ए के बालन ने अध्यक्षता की.

भारत के पहले एम्प्युटी क्लिनिक का चंडीगढ़ में शुभारम्भ
भारत में अपनी तरह का पहला 'एम्प्युटी क्लिनिक', चंडीगढ़ के एक प्रमुख चिकित्सा और शोध संस्थान, पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल एजुकेशन एंड रिसर्च (PGIMER) द्वारा लॉन्च किया गया है। इस पहल का मूल उद्देश्य समाज में एक सामान्य कार्यात्मक मानव के रूप में एक एम्प्युटी को लाना है।

The 'amputee clinic', the first of its kind in India, has been launched by the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), a premier medical and research institute in Chandigarh. The basic objective of this initiative is to bring an amputee into the society as a normal functional human being.
This initiative will endeavor to provide proper management to the amputee to guide them to the path for rehabilitation in the society and support counseling and medical facilities to the patients during their treatment and recovery. Important 'PGI amputee clinic' in Chandigarh Dissection is established with the aim of improving patient care by providing services under one roof with coordination.
The clinic will provide social, mental and physical support to its patients.

गोवर्द्धन योजना के लिये पोर्टल की शुरूआत
जल शक्ति मंत्रालय ने बुधवार को गोवर्द्धन योजना पर एक एकीकृत पोर्टल की शुरूआत की है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य मवेशियों एवं जैव-कचरे का प्रबंधन है और यह किसानों की आय बढ़ाने में मदद करता है। गोवर्द्धन योजना को स्वच्छ भारत मिशन ग्रामीण के दूसरे चरण के तहत प्राथमिकता कार्यक्रम के रूप में अपनाया जा रहा है। जल शक्ति मंत्रालय स्वच्छ भारत मिशन को लागू कर रहा है।
मंत्रालय के सचिव पंकज कुमार ने बताया कि पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग, मवेशियों एवं जैव कचरे का प्रबंधन करने, पर्यावरण स्वच्छता में सुधार करने और वेक्टर जनित बीमारियों पर अंकुश लगाने एवं अन्य कार्यों में तकनीकी सहायता मुहैया कराने के लिये प्रत्येक जिले को 50 लाख रुपये तक का आर्थिक समर्थन देता है।
जल शक्ति मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत ने बताया कि यह पोर्टल पारदर्शिता एवं सामाजिक जवाबदेही को भी सुनिश्चत करेगा ।कृषि मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर, पशुपालन मंत्री गिरिराज सिंह, पेट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान तथा जल शक्ति राज्य मंत्री रतन लाल कटारिया भी इस मौके पर आयोजित समारोह में मौजूद थे ।
The Ministry of Water Power has launched an integrated portal on Govardhan Yojana on Wednesday. The objective of this initiative is management of cattle and bio-waste and it helps in increasing the income of farmers. The Govardhan scheme is being adopted as a priority program under the second phase of Swachh Bharat Mission Grameen. The Ministry of Water Power is implementing the Clean India Mission.
Ministry Secretary Pankaj Kumar said that up to Rs. 50 lakh to each district for providing technical assistance in the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, managing cattle and bio-wastes, improving environmental hygiene and curbing vector borne diseases and other works. ‘स्विच दिल्ली’ अभियान लांच किया गया
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ‘स्विच दिल्ली’ अभियान शुरू किया है सीएम ने लोगों से शहर में प्रदूषण कम करने के लिए इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन खरीदने की अपील की है।
इस अभियान के तहत, सरकार अगले 6 हफ्तों में विभिन्न उद्देश्यों के लिए केवल इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों को काम पर रखेगी। सीएम ने इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए बड़ी कंपनियों और डिलीवरी चेन, मार्केट एसोसिएशन, रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन, मॉल और सिनेमा हॉल से आग्रह किया है। उन्होंने उनसे अपने परिसर में चार्जिंग स्टेशन स्थापित करने का भी आग्रह किया।
इसके अलावा, ‘स्विच दिल्ली’ अभियान के माध्यम से सरकार का उद्देश्य इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों के उपयोग के लाभों के बारे में जागरूकता पैदा करना है। इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन नीति के तहत, दिल्ली सरकार ने इलेक्ट्रिक दोपहिया और चार पहिया वाहन खरीदने पर व्यापक सब्सिडी प्रदान करने की योजना बनाई है। सरकार ने इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों के लिए रोड टैक्स और पंजीकरण शुल्क माफ करने की भी योजना बनाई है।
इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन नीति के लांच के बाद से, 6,000 से अधिक इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन खरीदे गए हैं। सरकार ने शहर भर में 100 चार्जिंग स्टेशन स्थापित करने के लिए निविदा भी जारी की है। दिल्ली सरकार ने वर्ष 2024 तक दिल्ली में कुल वाहन पंजीकरण के बीच 25% इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों का लक्ष्य रखा है।
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has launched a 'Switch Delhi' campaign to promote electric vehicles. CM has appealed people to buy electric vehicles to reduce pollution in the city.
Under this campaign, the government will hire only electric vehicles for various purposes over the next 6 weeks. CM has urged large companies and delivery chains, market associations, resident welfare associations, malls and cinema halls to promote electric vehicles. He also urged them to set up a charging station in their premises.
In addition, the Government aims to create awareness about the benefits of using electric vehicles through the 'Switch Delhi' campaign. Under the Electric Vehicle Policy, the Delhi government plans to provide a comprehensive subsidy on purchasing electric two-wheeler and four-wheelers. The government also plans to waive road tax and registration fees for electric vehicles.
Since the launch of the Electric Vehicle Policy, more than 6,000 electric vehicles have been purchased. The government has also floated a tender to set up 100 charging stations across the city. The Delhi government has targeted 25% electric vehicles among the total vehicle registrations in Delhi by the year 2024.
